He previously served as General Counsel and Chief Business Officer at Bonobos (his initial compensation was two pairs of pants per week!), where he contributed to the company’s growth leading up to its acquisition by Walmart. At Walmart eCommerce, he held the position of VP and COO of Digital Consumer Brands. Chris also co-founded Red Swan ventures, which has raised four funds and has invested in some of the most successful consumer companies of the past decades. Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade as a securities lawyer in NYC.

VP of Product, Tecton (acquired by Databricks)
Scott joined Tecton as Chief Product Officer in 2024. Prior to Tecton, he served as Chief Strategy Officer at Sisense, where he led product strategy and business development initiatives. Before that. Castle was VP Product at Periscope Data, which was eventually acquired by Sisense. Earlier in his career, he held technology leadership positions at Adobe, Electric Cloud, and FileNet.

Therese joined Zocdoc in 2025 as Chief Product Officer. Therese joined Zocdoc from Uber, where she spent nearly a decade as Senior Director of Product. Prior to Uber, Therese held Product leadership roles at Amazon, where she led a multimillion-dollar strategic initiative. She began her career at Google within the Global Communications and Public Affairs department in Mountain View.

VP of Engineering, Tecton (acquired by Databricks)
Vlad joined Tecton as VP of Engineering in 2025. Prior to Tecton, Vlad served as VP of Engineering at Sentry. Earlier in his career, he was Head of Engineering for HipChat Server and Data Center at Atlassian. Prior to that, he held engineering roles at Microsoft, McAfee, and DocuSign.

VP of Customer Success, Tecton (acquired by Databricks)
Rachelle Kulak joined Tecton in 2025. Prior to that, she spent four years at Confluent, where she progressed from Director to Senior Director of Customer Success and Customer Success Engineering, leading teams across the Americas. Her background also includes leadership roles at Elastic, Plum Organics, and Bloom Energy, and she holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.

Head of People, Lakera (acquired by Check Point)
Michele joined Lakera in 2024 as the company’s first Head of People. Prior to joining Lakera, Michele held People and Talent leadership roles at Aalto and Faire, as well as the Head of Talent role at Weebly through the acquisition of the company to Square. Earlier in her career, she co-founded an Executive Recruiting firm, the Coit Group, which she ran for over 5 years.

Investment Partner, Architect Capital
Calvin Zeng joined Architect Capital in 2025 as an Investment Partner, bringing nearly a decade of experience in private equity and growth investing. Prior to this, he was a Partner at Dandelion Capital Management from 2022 to 2025, where he led investments in technology and growth-stage companies. From 2019 to 2021, he served as a Private Equity Associate at TPG, and before that, he began his career as a Private Equity Analyst at Vista Equity Partners from 2017 to 2019. His background reflects a strong track record across top-tier investment firms, with deep expertise in software and technology-focused investing.

VP of Sales, Turn/River Capital
Lee joined GitLab as VP of Sales in 2024. She previously served as VP of Revenue Strategy & Operations, where she led the company’s global go-to-market lifecycle, including forecasting, analytics, ecosystem partnerships, and pricing. At GitLab, she also held the position of Senior Director of Revenue Strategy & Analytics, driving operational rigor and data-informed decision-making across the sales organization. Lee also served as Senior Director of Pricing & Packaging at DataRobot, where she established the company’s monetization strategy and global pricing framework. Earlier in her career, she held senior strategy roles at AppDynamics and Autodesk, and began her career in consulting and finance at Monitor Group and the Asian Development Bank.

Chief Technology Officer, Zordi
Ryan joined Zordi as Chief Technology Officer in 2023. He previously served as Co-Founder and CTO at Root AI, where he led the company from prototype to global deployment of autonomous agricultural robotics, culminating in its $60M acquisition by AppHarvest. At AppHarvest, he held the position of VP of Technology, continuing to lead development of intelligent robotic systems for large-scale indoor farms. Ryan also served as Director of Hardware Development at Soft Robotics, where he guided the design and commercialization of electro-pneumatic grippers deployed across five continents. Earlier in his career, he was a robotics engineer at Bosch and Bossa Nova Robotics.

Rachel joined Knit as Head of Engineering in 2025. She previously served as Senior Engineering Manager at Scale AI, where she led money movement for Billing, Pay & Incentives. At Aer Compliance, she held the position of Head of Engineering, leading the engineering and data/ops organizations through the company’s successful acquisition by Star Compliance. Rachel also served as Senior Engineering Manager at Catch, after first joining as a Software Engineer. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Software Engineer at Khan Academy and spent four years at DoorDash.
